Get Support. Take Control. Feel Better.

All University of Arkansas undergraduate and graduate students have free access to Togetherall — an anonymous social media-style mental health app that gives students a safe place to connect with others experiencing similar feelings, as well as access to useful self-help resources, peer groups, self-assessments and more.

Togetherall is available 24/7 and monitored by trained clinicians. Plus, all Togetherall platform members are anonymous, so no one will know you’re using it unless you tell them. The service is free and allows you to get support, take control and feel better- all in a way that is most comfortable to you.

What is Togetherall?

Togetherall harnesses the protective and therapeutic effects of connectedness and healthy social networks in its unique community where people share with, and support each other.

As an extension of the existing relationship with ProtoCall Services — which provides after-hours mental health coverage for U of A students — Togetherall creates a safe and inclusive community with the ability to transfer users to CAPS or ProtoCall (after-hours) if urgent risk is identified.

Overall, Togetherall offers students:

  • A community where members are anonymous to each other, they can share how they are feeling & support each other

  • Access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

  • Clinically managed with trained professionals available 24/7 to keep the community safe

  • Self-assessments & recommended resources

  • Creative tools to help express how you’re feeling

  • Wide range of self-guided courses to do at your own pace

Whether you want to get advice, tips or just want someone to listen outside of your friendship group, Togetherall is available to you. You may be able to help others too.
