Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (DFSCA)
The Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act requires colleges and universities receiving federal funds to maintain alcohol and other drug prevention programs, provide annual notification of applicable policies and resources, and conduct biennial reviews of program effectiveness and sanction enforcement.
