Primary Care Clinic
Our Primary Care Clinic provides outpatient treatment, just like you would receive from your hometown physician. Our professional staff includes board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners, registered nurses, laboratory and imaging (x-ray) technologists. To learn more about our providers and staff, view our full staff directory.
We also offer same-day appointments for sudden illness and injuries and routine preventive care.
If you are currently being followed by a medical specialist in your community or require specialized care, we can assist you with a referral to a local specialist.
REMINDERS: A face mask is strongly recommended in the PWHC if you are experiencing fever, cough, cold or allergy symptoms. A positive home COVID test is a positive test, no need to re-test! Please start your isolation now.
