Scott Brenner, DO
Dr. Brenner is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, PTSD, schizophrenia, panic attacks, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Dr. Brenner provides psychiatric services to students, faculty, and staff at the University of Arkansas. Before joining the psychiatry team at Pat Walker Health Center, Dr. Brenner worked for Burrell Behavioral Health.

Keith Berner, M.D.

Dr. Berner is a board-certified adult psychiatrist with extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including addiction, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related problems.

Suzanne Nicholas, M.D.
Dr. Suzanne Nicholas is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who specializes in college and young-adult mental health. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care for anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance-use disorders. Her approach integrates psychotherapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and medication management to support sustainable recovery and whole-person well-being.
With extensive training in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry, Dr. Nicholas is committed to trauma-informed, collaborative care. She believes all patients deserve to feel safe, understood, and empowered in their healing process. Her favorite part of her work is witnessing students rediscover resilience, confidence, and hope.
Her clinical interests include mood and anxiety disorders, trauma recovery, women’s mental health, and substance-use treatment.
