Welltrack Boost: Interactive Self-Help Therapy

The University of Arkansas community has access to Welltrack Boost. Boost is a self-guided, clinically supported, CBT-based, set of tools that help individuals assess, understand, and work on their own behavioral health and wellness. The web application or mobile app can be used on your own device and schedule.

Login to the app (download on Google Play or the Apple Store) or website (uark.welltrack.com) with your U of A email and password using Single Sign On (SSO) to get started using Boost. 

Welltrack Boost can help you get better and maintain your mental health in five easy steps.

Our Wellness Assessment will help you understand and track your levels of stress, anxiety and depression over time. Every two weeks the assessment will check in on you and guide you to the right help to maintain your mental health and wellness.

All Welltrack Boost courses are based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We help you tackle the most common mental health issues like anxiety and depression.

Courses are delivered in short informational bites, designed with an emphasis on actionable steps and creating healthy habits. For example the anxiety course walks you through :

  • The interaction of thoughts, feelings and actions
  • Tracking your moods
  • Deep Breathing
  • Tense and Relax Exercises
  • Identifying Cognitive Distortions
  • Building Better thoughts using the Thought Diary
  • Imaginal Exposure to specific fears

 

Getting better takes some effort and Boost is here to help.

Our interactive, self-help tools use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness to connect the course material to your daily practices. From simple listening to high engagement there is something for everyone.

Zen Room: Practice changing your physical and emotional state through our customized relaxation room.

MoodCheck: Track your mood and understand how the things you do throughout the day affect the way you feel.

Activity Scheduler: Intentionally schedule pleasurable, social and achievement activities to help keep yourself accountable for change.

Fun and Achievement Tracker: Understand how certain activities can boost or decrease your feelings of happiness, fun, and achievement by tracking your mood before and after.

Calendar: View your scheduled activities and plan your week.

Thought Distortions Quiz: Go deeper into understanding thought distortions.

Thought Diary: Identify real-life situations where you were using unhelpful thinking styles, and learn how to build better thoughts in these types of situations.

Mood Heatmap: See your all Mood Check data displayed on a graph for easy self analysis.

Mood Indicator: Get feedback related to how you spend your time and how it makes you feel.

Wellness Assessment: Learn how your levels of stress, anxiety and depression change as you use Boost by completing the Wellness Assessment every 2 weeks.

Utilize additional support resources to get the right help at the right time. Have your therapist sync with your Boost account to enhance your progress or check out our resource guide for additional supports in your community.
